KRV063 Gearbox for a 600 kg Tracked Chassis

This tracked chassis application uses an ANDANTEX KRV063 hypoid gearbox with a 30:1 reduction ratio, paired with a 1.3 kW brushless DC motor, for a 600 kg load. The drive configuration is supplied for a custom tracked chassis, with customization available to suit the equipment.

From the Motor to the Track Drive
The brushless DC motor provides the rotary input, and the KRV063 gearbox reduces the speed before transmitting motion to the track drive. A 30:1 ratio means that the gearbox output completes one revolution for every 30 revolutions at its input.
The KRV right-angle transmission arrangement helps integrate the motor and gearbox within the chassis layout. For a tracked vehicle, the gearbox mounting position and output connection are part of the overall drive design, alongside the space available around the tracks.
