Can you guarantee 24- or 48-hour dispatch?

Dispatch timing is confirmed individually after checking stock and order requirements. Please ask us for the earliest available date.

Is dispatch time the same as delivery time?

No. Dispatch is when your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery also depends on transit, customs clearance and the destination.

What if I need a custom interface?

Send the motor drawing and required configuration. We will confirm whether an available product is suitable or additional preparation is needed.
