Preparing an HTN Rotary Table Selection

The HTN range on this page includes several frame sizes. Start from the model drawing and the supported mechanism, then check load and motion requirements together. Frame size alone does not establish a suitable operating load or positioning result.

• Provide the mass and center of gravity of the complete rotating assembly, including tooling, workpiece and mounting plate.
• Specify the rotation range, indexing angle, move time, settling time and operating cycle. Include the required positioning and repeatability targets.
• Check the output mounting pattern, locating face, hollow opening and input arrangement. Confirm the bearing load limits and motor fit for the exact model.

When comparing alternative rotary platforms, use the actual dimensions and model ratings; a similar model size is not proof of interchangeability.
